Retrace the steps of film stars and Caesars on the magical isle of Capri. Lunch on Capri is included on this full-day excursion from Naples, plus a trip on the chairlift funicular to the top of Monte Solare for spectacular island and sea views of the Bay of Naples. You'll also have free time to discover the secrets of this beautiful island that has charmed visitors for centuries.
After being picked up from your hotel, you'll be transferred to the main harbor for your journey to Capri by high-speed hydrofoil.
On arrival at the Port of Capri, a transfer by minibus takes you to Anacapri. You'll have free time to visit Villa San Michele, located on the north-eastern side of Anacapri, the home of Swedish doctor and writer Axel Munthe. You'll also travel to the top of Monte Solare by chairlift then return to Capri for lunch.
In the early afternoon , take a walk to Augustus' gardens and have free time to see the Blue Grotto if you wish (not included in tour cost) before returning to Naples.
If arriving in Naples by train,the pickup point is just outside the railway station on the left of the Star Hotel Terminus at 8:30am.The driver will display a sign with the lead traveler's name on it.
