Have you ever dined in complete darkness? Enjoy a totally unique 3-course dinner in complete darkness and get a feel for your own senses!
On arrival you’ll be welcomed in the lounge to make your menu selection. Don’t worry, the lights are switched on for this part! You’ll have the choice of four menus – Culinary Delights menu for a hearty European-style meal; Seafood menu for lovers of all things from the ocean; Vegetarian menu for non meat-eaters, or be daring and opt for the Surprise menu to discover new and unusual flavors!
Once you have made your selection you’ll be accompanied into the restaurant, where darkness awaits. No lights or candles will illuminate the room as your other four senses begin to heighten. Your specially-trained, visually impaired waiters will be close by throughout the evening, guiding you through your dining experience.
This is a unique opportunity to taste something you cannot see and completely rely on your senses. You will soon realize that they are neglected in your everyday life!
Dinner is accompanied by live entertainment especially developed for the darkness. The program on any given night may include live music, a murder mystery or a little dark comedy. Berlin’s Dinner in the Dark is a fun and surprising way to dine out in the German capital.
