Bergen
Card The Bergen Card is one of the best ways
to travel around town! It allows the holder to have free bus travel within the
city limits, free parking, free admission to most museums and attractions and
discounts on a variety of cultural and sightseeing attractions. For more information,

view of the city, take the Funicular from the city center up to the top of Mount
Floyen. The view is
amazing from the top; it’s no surprise that
this is one of Bergen’s most popular tourist sites! The Funicular departs on the hour and half hour from early
morning to 11 PM throughout most of the year, running till midnight from May to August. Bergen Aquarium The
Bergen Aquarium is one of the largest aquariums in Europe. With over 50 tanks, this is a sight
not to be missed, and one that the entire family can enjoy. Admission prices are
100 NOK for adults and 50 NOK for children; a family pass is also available. With
the Bergen pass admission is discounted, and

Hall has been deemed a national treasure. The murals on the walls were painted
by Axel Revold (1887-1962). Two sections of the mural focus on the fishing industry
that is so much a part of Norway’s history. In addition, another area
shows the busyness of life during the modern machine age. Young and old alike
will be entranced by the beauty of these murals.
