Krakow

Centre of Europe

Krakow is Poland's third largest city, but undoubtedly the most fun and interesting. It is a vibrant city of under one million, proud of its long and glorious history, rich heritage, and architectural beauties. For centuries Krakow was the capital of the Polish kingdom and has always been important as a crucial center of business, culture, and education for Poland. The country, more recently, is known for being the birthplace of the former Soviet bloc's first officially recognised independent mass political movement after strikes at the Gdansk shipyard in August 1980

Krakow is also now famous for its myriad restaurants and clubs and vibrant centre. Krakow is becoming one of the major destinations for travellers. Its beauty can be admired in both the city as well as in the beautiful scenery of its nearby national parks and nature reserves. So go to the centre of Europe and enjoy!
